In 1968, Viktor Laneckij, the son of a cooper, began his career in electrical engineering in Lviv, Ukraine, supporting Lithuania's infrastructure. After independence, he founded Autometrija and Elektroimpulsas in 1995. His son, Jurij, joined at just 16, growing the team to 100 employees. Since 2015, he has led the company under the Engineer name, continuing the family’s legacy. Now retired, Viktor crafts wooden barrels in his free time, returning to his roots.
