A historic century-old building in the city center has been brought back to life, combining conceptual design and contemporary art. The project features only 22 apartments.

Challenges

The main challenge for us was working on an exceptionally luxurious project, which involved installing accent lighting and reconstructing an old structure while preserving its cultural heritage.
