This large-scale project included the installation of both underground and above-ground electrical cable infrastructure. Foundations were constructed for electrical substations, and EV charging stations were installed. Three electrical panels were reconstructed to improve their performance. Parking spaces were marked in accordance with Road Traffic Regulations, and directional road signs were installed.
Challenges
The biggest challenge was completing the work in a high-traffic, multi-level parking garage while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Our approach
The project was carefully planned and executed to minimize disruption, with work areas securely enclosed. Electrical switching and reconstruction were carried out at night, ensuring efficient completion in the high-traffic, multi-level parking garage without disrupting daily operations at Akropolis.
Results
The electric vehicle charging station with forty charging points was successfully installed at a major shopping and entertainment center in Kaunas, Lithuania. This accomplishment meets the growing needs of EV owners and contributes to the development of sustainable transport infrastructure in one of the busiest locations in the city.
