Naujasis Skansenas – a Scandinavian-style apartment project in the city center, designed by the renowned architect Algirdas Kaušpėdas and awarded for sustainable development. In this 3-year project, which includes more than 500 apartments, we were responsible for electrical and low-current installation works.

Challenges

The biggest challenge in this project was the use of prefabricated solutions, which involved preparing certain parts of the construction before the actual on-site work began. Additionally, the merging of telecommunications infrastructure was a key challenge, ensuring seamless integration throughout the project.

Our approach

Our goal was to incorporate innovative electrical systems into the principles of urban expansion: creating a space that is user-friendly for people while being sustainable for the surrounding environment.

Results

The project met record demand. Work on this project has been accelerated in response to the market situation and high demand for apartments. The residential development is now set to enter a new stage.
