Naujasis Skansenas (New Skansen) – a Scandinavian-style residential development with record demand. In 2025, it reached a new milestone, entering its 6th phase of development. It will comprise a total of 4 blocks, offering 135 apartments and 20 commercial premises, for which we are responsible for electrical and low-current installation works.

Challenges

The biggest challenge in this project was the use of prefabricated solutions, which involved preparing certain parts of the construction before the actual on-site work began. The planning and design stage was lengthy, detail-oriented, and had tight deadlines.

Our approach

We have successfully worked on this large-scale project in its earlier stages, so this time our goal was to seamlessly continue incorporating innovative electrical systems into the principles of urban expansion: creating a space that is user-friendly for people while being sustainable for the surrounding environment.

The 6th phase of the project is set to be finalized in Q1 2026.
