On the Lithuanian seaside in Palanga, after more than a year of renovation, the former Šilkas factory holiday home was transformed into a luxury apartment project, Palanga Dreams – a three-story building with just 23 premium units.

Challenges

Most of the work took place during the busy summer season in a resort town, which required careful planning to meet restrictions on working hours and noise during quiet periods.

Our approach

In adapting the building's architecture to the new layout, we identified solutions for installing new systems. Due to the building's multi-level structure, some communications had to be routed through the exterior walls or the basement.

Results

Our team installed and configured electrical systems, electronic communications, video surveillance, outdoor lighting, fire alarm, and access control systems.
