Piliamiestis is a modern residential district in Kaunas, Lithuania, offering panoramic views of the Old Town and Kaunas Castle. As part of its ongoing development, we delivered a two-phase engineering project that included full electrical and low-current system installations, along with modern lighting, automation, and security solutions across two multi-story residential buildings.

Challenges

To ensure timely and high-quality execution, key challenges included meeting a strict schedule and coordinating work around the summer holiday season. Additionally, matching design solutions with construction phases required careful planning.

Our approach

A diesel generator was integrated to support all four planned development stages.

Results

In Phase 1, we completed the underground car parking for a newly constructed building and installed key infrastructure systems, including electronic communications, building automation, fire alarm systems, access control, electrical installations, and video surveillance. Lighting was installed throughout a 6-floor residential building with 35 apartments, including a courtyard and riverside lighting system. The building was also equipped with a modern intercom, video surveillance, and innovative interior design features.Phase 2 involved the construction of a 5-floor residential building with 20 apartments, incorporating the same engineering systems and interior design solutions as implemented in Phase 1.
