Raitininkų Sodas is a modern residential development surrounded by nature, located in the heart of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Designed by architect Karolis Radiūnas, the apartment buildings emphasize harmony with the riverside neighborhood.

Challenges

Modern, energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and other engineering solutions were implemented in A+ energy efficiency class units. Our key challenge was ensuring the smooth and precise installation of electrical and low-current systems throughout this large-scale residential development.

The main goal was to seamlessly integrate innovative electrical systems into the broader principles of urban development – creating a space that is both user-friendly and environmentally sustainable.

The project was in high demand, with all apartments sold before construction was even completed.
