A modern eight-floor business center featuring a rooftop extension and terraces. Located in a developing area near the center of Lithuania’s capital, it is designed for flexibility and adaptability. The building offers large, bright spaces that can be easily reconfigured – divided or combined – to suit a variety of office needs, including those of small businesses.

Challenges

The challenge was managing complex tasks from construction stakeholders while adapting to evolving tenant needs during the construction process.

Our approach

It’s an A+ energy-class, near-surface building with plenty of natural light and layouts designed for smaller premises. Our goal was to seamlessly integrate innovative electrical systems, as well as fire and security alarms, into the principles of urban development – creating a space that is both user-friendly and environmentally sustainable.

The business center has been awarded the BREEAM In-Use Exellent certificate.
